Ash Rahman – Founder & Principal Consultant

Ash Rahman is the driving force behind AEROINT, having founded the company in 2005 as the aviation and defence consulting arm of BDMilitary Intelligence Hub. With over two decades of experience advising defence ministries, security agencies, and international OEMs, Ash has become a trusted strategist in Bangladesh’s evolving security landscape. His expertise spans procurement advisory, aviation security, critical infrastructure protection, and cross-border defence partnerships. Ash is widely recognised for his ability to bridge local requirements with global capabilities, ensuring solutions that are both practical and future-proof. Beyond technical leadership, he is deeply committed to transparency, ethical business practices, and continuous innovation. Under his guidance, AEROINT has built strong partnerships across Asia, Europe, and North America, enabling the company to deliver turnkey solutions in aviation, cyber, and defence industries. Ash remains actively engaged in policy-level discussions, offering thought leadership on modernisation and capability development.

Khaled Ahmed – Director, Defence & Strategic Partnerships

Khaled Ahmed serves as AEROINT’s Director of Defence & Strategic Partnerships, bringing a wealth of experience in defence acquisition, operational planning, and industry collaboration. With a strong background in project management and government liaison, Khaled has played a central role in securing multi-million-dollar defence contracts and establishing AEROINT as a trusted partner for both local and international stakeholders. His expertise includes military procurement, offset management, and technology transfer projects, enabling AEROINT to facilitate partnerships between Bangladesh’s defence industry and global OEMs. Khaled is known for his meticulous approach to negotiations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. He has been instrumental in expanding AEROINT’s portfolio into naval and land systems while strengthening ties with suppliers in Europe, China, and Türkiye. Dedicated to ethical conduct and results-driven outcomes, Khaled embodies the professionalism and strategic focus that define AEROINT’s operations.

Amit Bhattacharya – Director, Aviation Security & Compliance

Amit Bhattacharya leads AEROINT’s Aviation Security & Compliance division, where he oversees regulatory alignment, training, and strategic advisory services for airports, airlines, and government authorities. With extensive experience in aviation safety and compliance, Amit has worked across multiple jurisdictions to implement ICAO Annex 17 standards, SeMS frameworks, and IATA-recommended practices. His expertise covers aviation security risk assessments, development of transport security programs (TSPs), and training modules for aviation professionals. Amit has trained hundreds of personnel in aviation screening, crisis management, and regulatory compliance, making him a sought-after expert in the region. Known for his practical yet forward-looking approach, he bridges the gap between regulatory requirements and real-world implementation, ensuring that AEROINT’s clients remain secure, compliant, and resilient against emerging threats. His leadership has positioned AEROINT as a trusted partner in aviation security consultancy, enabling the company to support both government and private aviation operators in building long-term security cultures.

Malik Zaid Rahman – Director, Cyber Security & Technology Solutions

Malik Zaid Rahman heads AEROINT’s Cyber Security & Technology division, where he is responsible for delivering advanced digital defence and intelligence solutions. With a strong background in cyber resilience, information security management, and critical infrastructure protection, Malik has worked with both government and corporate clients to safeguard networks, data, and mission-critical systems. His expertise spans ISO 27001 implementation, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and the design of secure communications frameworks tailored for defence and aviation sectors. Malik also leads AEROINT’s innovation strategy in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, electronic warfare resilience, and digital surveillance systems. Known for his analytical mindset and hands-on leadership, he ensures that AEROINT’s clients remain ahead of evolving cyber threats while maintaining compliance with international standards. Malik is a strong advocate of building local capacity through training and knowledge transfer, helping clients strengthen their internal teams and achieve long-term self-reliance in cybersecurity operations.
